BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) / BOARD CERTIFIED ASSISTANT BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCaBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in the school setting.

 

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and oversee their implementation by the caregivers. You will you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to positive outcomes for our clients. You will work closely with clients and their families, providing training and support to ensure effective behavior management and skill development across various settings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.

• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members involved in implementing behavior plans.

• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals (e.g., educators, therapists) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in behavior management strategies.

• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior intervention plans based on data analysis and client feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and behavior analysis services rendered.

• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis and apply them to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• Current and maintain BCBA/ BCaBA certificate (on file).

• Reliable means of transportation.

• Obtain and maintain current professional liability insurance.

• Pass a criminal background check.

• Maintain CPR certification (every two years).

• Maintain HIPAA compliance training (annual).

The RBT supports the implementation of behavioral plans for clients and participates in ongoing training in highly specialized strategies and interventions for implementing individualized behavior plans.

Requirements:

• Previous RBT experience is strongly preferred.

• Professional experience with children is required.

• 40-hour RBT training required (If not certified).

• Medicaid Provider number is strongly preferred.

• RBT certification is strongly preferred.

• CPR certification preferred (in person).

• A high school diploma is required.

• Must pass a background check.
